COUNSELING PRACTICE

Counseling, consulting services are provided to individuals, couples, and groups that consist of children, youth, and adults. My areas of specialization include: stress management, grief, co-dependency, substance abuse, sexual abuse, divorce, anxiety, depression, phobias, marriage, relationship, parenting, recovering childhood memories (regression therapy), gay and lesbian issues, making educational decisions, and making career transitions. In the counseling process, clients can be helped to understand themselves better by setting personal, academic, and career goals and be supported in the process of working toward those goals.

COACHING PRACTICE

As a life coach, I help clients set and achieve their personal goals as directed by the client. Coaching is usually done on the phone and is a 30 minute session. Coaching is more solution focused and looks to the future in achieving goals.

CONSULTING PRACTICE

Consulting services may include: assisting businesses and governmental agencies in the assessment, selection and promotion of personnel, and helping management to best utilize their existing resources.

HYPNOSIS PRACTICE

As a Hypnotherapist I work with the client to set their goal and help them achieve it. Areas of that I can be of help are: stress, smoking cessation, weight control, self confidence, motivation, fears and phobias, repressed memories, inner child healing, sales/ work success, pain control, sport success, test taking and study skill improvement, depression, and much more!

WORKSHOPS

I also design and conduct stress management, career, and parenting workshops. I also teach classes on flirting, finding an appropriate life partner, and dating on the internet.
